General information

  • Arrival and departure
    • Check-In from 3.30 p.m. 
      • Please notify us by phone if you intend to arrive late.
    • Smart check in
      • As we are not always at home, we will enquire a day or two in advance when you plan to arrive. If we don't get home in time, or if you arrive very late, you won't have to wait for us out in the rain. You can use a PIN to enter the building and collect the key cards for your rooms. But what about the welcome? It's sure to be even warmer when we finally meet! ;-)
    • Check-Out by 9.30 a.m.
  • Breakfast service
    Rolls from the local bakery, milk and eggs from the farm (with extra charge)
  • Non-smoking facility
    Smoking is not allowed in the apartments/suites. We appreciate your cooperation.

Pricing Information

Prices

The prices shown are per day per apartment, with standard occupancy and for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Final cleaning is included in the price. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 1.35 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.
 

Discounts and supplements

  • Minimum stay: 7 nights | Stay of less than 7 nights on request/with supplement
  • Additional person (sofa bed) € 35.00 per night
  • Prices for children:
    • Children up to age 3 (baby crib): free
    • Children aged 3 to 14 (sofa bed): 15.00 € per night
  • Dogs: € 10.00 per night | Only on request, and in certain apartments
    Please bring your own dog bed and blanket. Dog owners will be charged if more thorough final cleaning is required, or in the event of any damage.
  • Breakfast service: rolls from the local bakery, milk and eggs from the farm on request/payable extra

Method of payment

Please pay your bill the day before departure. Payment on site can be made by cash, your EC card or debit card and credit cards (except AMEX and Diners). Cheques are not accepted.


Terms and conditions of cancellation

  • 1 month before arrival: free cancellation
  • From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: your deposit will be retained                 
  • 2 weeks before arrival: 70 % of the total price                                   
  • Late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price   

To protect you against unforeseen events, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance with Red Rooster.
